Orders are shipped within 8-14 days or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. If you're not completely satisfied with your artwork, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 24 hours of delivery. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@wallframes.com with your order details. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned artwork, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
